Our Franchise Development Department will review your completed application, then your Franchise Recruiter will set up an initial phone interview.
Your Franchise Recruiter will schedule this in-depth interview for you.
To confirm that you’ll be able to meet the financial obligations for the initial investment and the start-up costs for your Kumon Franchise, we’ll also conduct a financial assessment. There is also an FBI fingerprint check required in order to attend the Kumon training program.
Once you have completed the entire Kumon Training program and your selected Center location has been approved, you will sign your Franchise Agreement and pay the remaining $1,000 of the Franchise Fee.
You'll receive hands-on support and guidance to help you set up and run your Kumon Center successfully. You'll learn about the Kumon Curriculum, lesson plans and business and Center management strategies. You’ll also begin exploring possible retail locations and leases for your Center space!
There will be two 4-day sessions of training, held over a two-month period. You’ll also participate in a series of center visits for more hands-on training.
